Our goal is to offer the industry’s best designs at competitive prices, all while providing a top-notch, friendly customer service team located in Westminster, Colorado. We design and engineer all products in-house in Colorado and will work with you to ensure you have the products you need to be successful. We’ll also work with you to design packaging and in-store displays that maximize your space and increase your sales.

I hope this finds you safe and healthy. As COVID-19 continues to escalate and impact businesses around the world, we wanted to share the latest updates and preventative measures Frictionless World is taking to ensure the best service to our customers and safety for our employees.
Warranty Update
Due to the current state of our business and the COVID-19 pandemic, we will no longer be servicing warranty claims for our Dirty Hand Tools, RanchEx, Vinsetta and Clam brands. We will continue to selling and servicing Redback and Trophy Strike products.
We will no longer be selling Clam products. We affirm that the listings describing the items being sold is true and accurate to the best of our knowledge.
All product sales are final with no warranty or returns.
This is a great time to buy quality products at a great price!

Our office and warehouse are taking steps to maintain the health and safety of our team members as our nation responds to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are committed to a cautious approach based on the latest advice from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and recommendations of our local governments.

Custom services offered include high tolerance production of forged, casted, welded, heat treated, powder coated and specialty finished implements, replacement parts, accessories, and critical components.
We create quality products cast from raw materials including pump cases, tanks, spools, teeth, tools and more. In addition to replacement parts and custom manufactured linkage and hardware, Frictionless World offers custom design and manufacturing of entire assemblies to meet your specifications.

ENGINE SERVICE
We service all types of engines and are in full compliance with EPA regulations for the US and Canada. We’re also able to provide service for foreign manufacturers.
